Lower Key Stage 2

Our Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum develops on the foundations laid in Key Stage 1, delving into subjects already covered and looking in more depth while refining the personal development skills needed to be a successful, independent learner.

Children in years 3 and 4 will be challenged to improve on skills learned earlier in their school career, and safely test the limits of their comfort zone. A broad and exciting curriculum continues to hook children into learning, encouraging them to grasp each opportunity to know more and remember more.

Before each half term, we create a curriculum map so you can see what your child will be learning. These are available below. For any further information about our school curriculum, please talk to your child’s class teacher.
